on macOS, zexy and all the iem* libraries available on deken are signed and notarized (as a rule of thumb: every "recent" package on deken uploaded by either "iembot" or " zmoelnigbot" is signed/notarized).

no idea, why it doesn't work for you, if you just pick the binaries from deken...
