not that i know of.
there's the "patcherize-plugin" (available on deken), that allows you to 
turn the selected objects into an abstraction of a sub-patch, but not 
the other way around.

apart from that: if you do not use dollargs, then converting an 
abstraction to a subpatch should be straightforward: copy the entire 
contents of the abstraction into a new subpatch. (use paste-replace to 
replace the abstraction [object] with its subpatch counterpart).
