Hi Jakob,

from Antoine's and IOhannes' replies and your own comments it *looks* as
if your problems are not related to audio processing. You could try
disabling the label modification Antoine pointed out in the patch rather
than trying -nogui, which would nevertheless create the symbols as
pointed out by IOhannes. That is all that I can contribute at the
current point I am afraid...
