ok, for the record and to the list, the warnings can be quite annoying as
they show up for just one message sent to [vline~] , which can be quite
common.

we have a PR to orint the warning only if it goes beyond some threshold,
see https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/pull/2906

I also documented this in https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/pull/2904

I guess merging these two would, and the translations at
https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/pull/2908 would be what needs to
happen for the final release.

Anything else?
