Gem: error with libharfbuzz-0.w64 in windows

Hi all,

I worked on a patch using the latest Gem version on my older 64b laptop, 
and everything was going well - windows10, 64b vanilla Pd.

I tried now opening it on my desktop on windows 11 (same Pd version), 
but Gem doesn't load. The error I get is this:

Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "DllMain" wurde in der DLL [my local Gem 
path]\libharfbuzz-0.w64 nicht gefunden.


I searched on the list and for other versions of the libharfbuzz-0.w64 
file online, but couldn't find any. Is this issue known?

(I'm not using text, but this is probably outside the point)
