You can use the waybackmachine from archive.org. for the start ssite 
e.g. use the url: 
http://web.archive.org/web/20060513154502/http://usf.corecodec.org/
But there are only the html files and the links goes to the orginal 
destination so you mast replace the the usf url part manually.
