xmms for pocket PC

Is there any effort to port xmms to Windows CE?  Probably a dumb question
because I didn't notice any CE ports in the CVS, besides its a Microsoft
product.  If there isn't, would you mind if someone started a port or at
the very least shamelessly borrows your xmms/input code?  I really don't
have any interest in coding up all the codecs from scratch.

I ask for a port because essentially no-one out there with a pocket mp3
decoder is able to play streaming audio off of sites like shoutcast, and
hand helds don't even seem to be up on Nullsoft's radar.
