The best place to place patches for review are in our bugzilla 
(http://bugs.xmms.org) as a enhancement request, unless it ofcourse deals 
with a bug. 

Development is currently running rather slow at the moment, so don't 
expect a speedy reply to the bugzilla (it might, but I reserve the right 
to be wrong)
