help on install of xmms on RH 8.0

I have rpm xmms-mp3-1.2.7-13.p.i386
.rpm...... i need to install this form command
line....just dont knwo how to do it.....

apart form this any other stuff is needed..

My goal is to run MP3 files sitting in my NTFS
partition,
