Current CVS and gettext

I have now commited the gettext files to cvs, thus removing the need to
run 'gettextize' from autogen.sh.

The old approach did not work well with gettext 0.11, it should now be
straight forward to build xmms from cvs with those versions. I haven't
tested it too much though, let me know if there are any problems.

If you have xmms checked out already, the easiest way to get things up to
date, is to delete 'intl/', 'po/' (make sure you don't lose any modified
translations) and 'ABOUT-NLS'. Then do a 'cvs update'.

I'll probably convert multibyte po files to use "new style" escaping soon
also. This will require gettext 0.10.40 or newer to get the cvs version
to build.
