XMMS started out as an reimplementation of the ms-windows program Winamp. XMMS is able to use the same skins as that program. To immitate the look completely it is necessary to hide the window manager decorations. There is an option in the preferences window called "Show windowmanager decorations". If you turn that on, xmms will be a more well behaved X application. I generally recomend people to turn it on, but many seem to prefer the more k-rad elite look you get without window manager decorations. > also... what the hell is wrong with your homepage at www.xmms.org???
