[PATCH] -E option to enqueue and play

Hello,

The "-e" option for xmms is very nice to use when activating XMMS from a
browser link. A small improvement on it is to allow the option of
immediately playing a file that has been enqueded.

In December 2001, Florent Rougon submitted a patch to this list that
added a "-E" flag to do just this:

There was no follow-up discussion at the time. I'd like to add my two
cents that I would find this feature very useful and would like to see
it appear in a future version of XMMS.
