XMMS playlist plugin?

	I've revised the XMMS playlist window to add some features. I would
like to package the new features in a plugin which overrides the default
playlist window. I've been through all the sourcecode while making my
revisions, and I've looked at many plugins, but I don't see how to
package a plugin that will override the old playlist window. If it's not
possible, I will make a patch to expose such an API, so playlist plugins
are possible. I can see from the archive that there are other similar
projects in the pipeline, which could use such an API. What is the
procedure for proceeding?
