The old cdread package I made would do this, but I haven't updated it in
two years, as some of its functionality was only possible by calling xmms
internals, which have changed over time.


Which begs the question: Is there a 'legal' way to add and remove stuff
from the playlist from an input plugin ?  Basically, the plugin wants to
have one entry, and expand it automatically to include the CD contents
whenever a CD gets inserted.
