playlist?

Hello,

I recently started having a problem with the playlist with my copy of
xmms.  I was running 1.2.5 on RedHat 7.x.  I then went and installed xmms
1.2.9 but got the same problem.  I also tried 1.2.7.  Any idea what's
going on?  Through the file management gui, I can create directories,
delete files, etc.  Just can't add anything to the playlist.  Help!  Music
helps me get through the day and this one is going so s-l--o---w.
