Just bookmark the "web radio station" page, that has the link to their stream, in your browser. Then you can manage that page's URL along with all your other URLs, in the same bookmark list/tools. Or keep a bookmark folder of just streams, if you want, by right-clicking the link to the stream in its page, selecting "Copy Link Location" (in Mozilla, your browser might have slightly different menu item text), and pasting that into a new bookmark.
