I have written a patch to xmms-1.2.10 allowing it to display 
bidirectional (hebrew
and arabic) titles in the main window and the playlist.

It uses the fribidi library to acomplish that.

Is it OK to attach it here?
what are the chances that it'll make its way into the official xmms?

it is used with the -p1 parameter to patch.
