playlist queue additions

Hello,

I've patched the playlist.c and playlistwin.c to allow a bit more 
functionality with queueing. Namely I added a possibility to manipulate 
the queued_list (moving a queued song up or down in the list, make it 
the first / the last in queued_list).

Since I'd like to share my changes the question is how this can be 
accomplished. Is a patch to playlist.c, playlistwin.c a good idea or 
would a plugin be the better way to do it.

IMHO a patch would be better because it would be possible to just add 
required widgets (like add entries in the playlistwin_popup or in the 
jump_to_file window) to the existing widgets.

Or is it possible to modify these widgets (mainwin_jtf, 
laylistwin_popup) from a plugin.

Another advantage of integrating the patch directly into xmms would be 
that I wouldn't have to learn gtk and xmms-plugin API ;-) (don't have 
time to look into these things).


Any comments would be much appreciated.
