[ANNOUNCE] xmms-syncup 0.9.0

Hello all,

xmms-syncup is an XMMS plugin that provides real-time synchronization
of audio playback between players over a network. This is useful in
environments such as dorms, houses, or workplaces where multiple
networked computers have independently driven speakers.

This is the initial public release of this plugin.  Our local
workgroup has been using it successfully (under optimized conditions)
for a short time now.
