Re: samba files

Did you try to play those files from a _mounted_ samba drive or did you 
try to play files via the samba protocol which is e.g. included in 
konqueror as smb:// .
XMMS will definitely not play files added via smb:// because the samba 
protocol is not supported by XMMS - you have to mount the drive and try 
again with a path to the mounted device. (Usually in /mnt/... )
