Hi, I have a m3u playlist with all my favorite internet radios (shoutcast streams, or live365, or whatever) ; since I wrote the m3u file by hand, I could put the name of each radio, and when I launch xmms, I have a nive playlist window with the name of the radios. But as soon as I listen to one of them, xmms wants to fix by itself the name of the radio according to the stream ; from time to time I get better than what I wrote by myself (though nothing should let think that I am happy of that change), but most often, I have a three-lines-long dark URL instead of the official name : something like http://155.12.121.21:8090/hsjhjqhs?kdjdksjdks&HJHJHSJH [snip] rather than "My sweet radio" that would appear according to my m3u file. Note that people may usually ask how to have the title of the current piece of music appearing on xmms, which is not at all what I am asking now ; on the contrary, I would like my playlist window to be "frozen". Is there a way to do it ?
