you still develop xmms with gtk1?

Dear developers,

I wonder if you still develop xmms with gtk1.
But it is really difficult to configure charset for people just like chinese.
I like xmms very much, and always use it. But characters can't always be
displayed
correctly. And this prevent some people using it.

Would you consider using gtk2 instead of gtk1?
