XMMS - Bulgarian localisation

Hi, folks!

Some time ago I asked how could I submit a new XMMS translation.
Unfortunately nobody could advise.
Well, we put the .po file on a local web site so everyone interested
could compile it by his own. Everything was fine. However  when
updating my Debian, there were at least 3 changes in the CVS since
than and they broke the translation back to the old one (installed the
old .po file which currently in the CVS), so we had to fix it
manually.

Please, help put this new .po file in the CVS, so everyone could
benefit and to avoid future disturbance due to updating.
