The import will not be made as is since it will "break" vanilla IRCu in it's
current state. As an example, NeoStats automatically determines some
features and the additions such as send_svsnick that are not in vanilla IRCU
will be picked up due to the lack of #defines around the code to handle them
even though they are not in the protocolinfo definition. Since IRCd features
affect the runtime operation of NeoStats, I need to address this when
combining your changes.

I will make the merge ASAP but it might be tommorrow evening before it is
reflected in SVN.
