+ BSD lock issue that was fixed some time ago in SVN.

NeoStats 3.0a2 + OPSB + SecureServ.

If I use /msg
neostats shutdown then reload neostats from console (neostats start)
everything is fine... If I use /msg neostats reload it dumps the
configuration (noticed by message "Warning, OPSB is configured with
default Settings. Please Update this ASAP" in services channel)
