RE: [NeoStats-Devel] updates.c

Right now its reporting, but eventually I see it being as a more generic two
way communication protocol (hence why I said previously its temporary for
now) so I also couldn't think of anything to call it. :)

E.g. getting notifications of new dat files straight away for SecureServ, or
some sort of Networking of TriviaServ installations to have
"inter-networking" trivia contests etc... (Which was one of the original
design goals of TS, but is a "long term" goal. :))
