*Description*

SfxTopFrame, as the class derived from the abstract class SfxFrame,
has been removed. All functionality has been merged into SfxFrame. In
this course, a number of obsolete members have been removed, too. The
same holds for SfxTopViewView, which has been merged into SfxViewFrame.
