*Description*
-------------
The "SaveDocWins" configuration option used to control whether a
document, when loaded, should also load all views stored together with
the document, has been removed without substitute. It was implemented
in a wrong place, did not work for a number of cases, and was
effectively unused, since there was no user interface for the option.
