Re comment #49: installing librsvg2-dev does indeed resolve the import filter
issue - I no longer get the 'Graphics filter not found'. Thanks!

Import of an SVG in OOo-dev 3.4.0 DEV300m106 (Build:9582) into draw renders the
svg properly (see attached screenshot). However, as mentioned in comment #50,
the imported svg is imported as a graphic rather than an svg and therefore
can't be broken (grouping) or edited. The result is the same as importing an
eps. But, it does accomplish what this bug (comment #1) requests.
