One problem - one issue

After saving database when I reopen the file it started giving me ASCII filter
option and does not open database at all.

Provide a meaningful summary

The file contains data, reports, queries, etc. However the ASCII filter option
is confusing and if I click OK, it opens 4000 plus pages of word document.

Provide step-by-step descriptions

I saved database.
I reopen it using file, Open database option
Program prompted to ASCII filter option
When I click OK, it opened WORD document of 4,000 pages
