This problem is also impacting the printed chart.

I can confirm this also happens on Linux with 3.3.0-20.6

I select the data and built a new chart, then double click on it and add
border, only top and right border are seen, the other two are missing. 

and to a lesser extend to: 3.1.1-19.34

The existing chart has the problem of missing borders, but if I add a new chart
as above, the new chart has all its borders intact.
