        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: xlink:actuate="onLoad" has no effect for db:component
    Classification: Application
           Product: Database access
           Version: OOO320m18
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P3
         Component: none
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
         QAContact: [email protected]

According to
http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/cs01/OpenDocument-v1.2-cs01-part1.html#element-db_component
http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/cs01/OpenDocument-v1.2-cs01-part1.html#attribute-xlink_actuate
http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xlink-20010627/#actuate-att
it should be possible to open a form when the odb file is opened by adding a
xlink:actuate="onLoad" to the db:component element in the content.xml in the
root directory in an odb file.

Instead nothing happens.

I don't know if this is has been fixed for OOo 3.3 as I do not hat the rights
to install a more current version on my PC at work.

A macro based solution (as described in some forum posts) is a no-go for me
because the macro execution would need to be enabled which has been disabled
company wide. SwitchBoard seems to support something like this but this doesn't
help either because I am using a remote JDBC Postgres database and I don't want
to let the switchboard tables appear in the remote database.
