sure, such deep cleaning up parties are senseful about two times a year, 
i would say

.. so thx all participant for their diligent work on it
.. 40 issues cleand (naturally much more handled)
=> means about 30% of death wood dispatched!

i fully agree with you .. i like the idea with a motto (for every week 
or two?) .. please try out what works best for us ..
