As I wrote in your issue 51376, I can "kind of" reproduce at least parts
of the problem: When closing and re-opening a document, all user-defined
date formats except the first one are lost.
I submitted this as issue 52317 (sorry, I stumbled upon this
independently, and did realize too late that it is perhaps the same
issue you mentioned).

However, I cannot reproduce this one:

There are more uncertainities in your description, I asked you about
this in your issue 51376 and would prefer to continue there.
