Moving Base files

What is the proper way to move Base files from one computer to 
another?  I copied the .odb file and a form from one computer to 
another but OOo won't open the .odb file when I double click on it.

The error message is
connection to the data source "Plants" could not be established.

Error in script file line:2 Unexpected token: SCHEMA in statement 
[CREATE SCHEMA]

Are there other files that also need to be copied over?  Is there 
something else that I need to do?

OOo ver 1.9.xx on win XP
