Creating form

OOo m127 slovak version, Mandriva 2006, MySQL 5.0.10

When I create form by wizzard, change it's default layout during wizzard and 
at the end of the wizzard push button for working with form, OOo freezes with 
open form without data. 

If  I create form the same way, but at the end of wizzard I push button for 
changing form instead of working with it, my form is OK but I cannot see it 
in the "form part" od .odb file. I must close .odb file and open it again to 
see my new form and to work with it.
