Loosing forms

Sometimes I loose my forms from .odb file. When I look into .odb file by ark, 
I see my forms but in the file content.xml I have not informations about them 
so they are not visible when I open .odb file. It happend twice or three 
times in last month. 

Is there any simple way, how to make them again visible?
