Let's say the (pseudo) query says:

"Select catno, catdescription, itemno, itemdescription from stockmaster",
where there is 1 to many relation between catno and itemno.

What want to do is put a (group) header with catno and catdescription,
followed by multiple lines with itemno, itemdescription.
