Window Problem

I am using version 2.0 of OpenOffice.org. My problem is :

I am trying to use the base component but when I select to edit or open
a form it opens into a cascaded window which I then have to move back
onto the screen to see the whole thing. I am using windows xp sp2 is
there any way around this to get the windows to open maximized. The main
