May I add that I can access smoothly my database form via the GNOME menu
Applications > Office > OpenOffice 2.1 Base.
On the other hand, if I enter on a terminal "openoffice.org-2.1 -base
/home/detlef/Datenbanken/dbBegriffe.odb" the terminal will output "Could
not find a Java Runtime Environment!" Nonetheless OO.o 2.1 will start
the database Wizard. At the first try I usually get the message "Could
not link to data source 'dbTralala'." I accept. If I select "Open
existing database > Finish, the Database opens. If I select my favourite
form, it will open usually only in the second or third opening procedure.
