Yes that will open the form for editing the actual structure of the form.
I'm saying that on two of the forms I created they would open as read-only
when double-clicked and I wouldn't be able to add new records.  I wasn't
sure if the read-only status had something to do with the inability to add
the new records.

To get around that problem I simply recreated the forms and I seem not to
have that problem but thank you for responding to me.

Hi John,

It's simple - right click on form you want to edit and pick "Edit" from
pop-up menu.
