Thank you for beeing the driving force in the base project for so long
time!

Remembering SO5.2 on FreeBSD many things have changed, for me base has
evolved from a 5-minute-to-the-next-crash programm to a very useful
every-day application. Indeed, I mostly use it at least once a day.

Fine, it'll be a piece of cake transforming it into a colorfull and
steamy hot new base frontend, I'm looking forward to that
development. ;)

Since you'll be around somewhere, and since there's at least one
publicly visible person with similar skills, we will miss you but
