Hello Nial,

Perhaps a question better asked on the user at OpenOffice.org mailing list,
but none the less..

I take it Pegasus is your windows default email client?

To find the email settings for OpenOffice.org you must have a Writer
document open, a blank new document will work.

File->Options

Now under the section 'OpenOffice.org Writer' you will find the page for
'Mail Merge E-Mail'

The information on the dialog page should be fairly self-explanatory.
