Missing Macro Toolbar

  When opening the Basic IDE the Macro Toolbar is no longer present and 
can no langer been choosen from the view>toolbar menu ?


Checked on other forum's , same problem is signaled but no answers ?

Where can i alter some settings to have again a Macro Toolbar in de 
basic IDE ?
