How to use Hibernate in an extension ?

Hello,

i invent with netbeans 6.9.1 an extension for openoffice, that has to access
a database. This access shall happen about hiberante. But if i try to
execute my plugin the following error message is thrown:

/hibernate.cfg.xml is not found

altthough i have my hibernate.cfg.xml in the projects src folder. The oxt
file doesn't seem to include the hibernate.cfg.

What can i do to solve this problem?
