Open Office Issue

Hello

We are using open office 3.2 in our web application developed in WAMP. This application serves as a document management portal and users are required to upload their MS Office files into the same and the OO convert these files into PDF programmatically using php & OO.

All goes well with most of the document but at times PDF conversion hangs and the web application also hangs and we have to restart the OO.

Request you to kindly help us on the same. Do let me know if any additional information is required
