Automatic Index Extension

hi.
i am interest to create extension for openoffice such as "Automatic Index".
here after we can solve the index entry process in openoffice.my project if
do not select any keywords from the document. it is selected in automatic
and reduced man made activities for selecting these keywords. i m a beginner
for open office. what are the component module to create these extension.
