On Windows you shouldn't try to build Mozilla sources, as this requires an outdated msvc++ compiler. You should download the zipped mozilla binraries (it is described in the building guide in our wiki where you can get them) and use --disable-build-mozilla for configure. Did you have a look on our building guide? If not, please do so (http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Building_Guide/Building_on_Windows). It will prevent you from running into problems like those you reported.
