[www-dev] building svl failed

Hi,

I got an error when building svl on DEV300_m100, the error log is as following:

My building environment: Windows XP sp2, VS 2008, cygwin1.dll version
is 1.7.7, make is 3.81.  Does someone know how to solve this ?
