OpenOffice 3.2.1 - How to disable the file locking?

Dear Sirs

We are using a filecluster and the cluster managing suite is controls the locking mechanism of all content files. 
So, is it possible to disable the file locking in openoffice 3.2.1? The following snippets in the starting-script soffice does not works.
